If you’ve had the pleasure of trying dry-aged beef, the old alternative of wet-aged just does not compare. It’s sort of like flying business-class and reverting to standard economy – the buzz just isn’t there anymore.

Here’s how to Dry Age beef at home for home foodies.

  1. Purchase your carcass or cut of meat from your butcher.
  2. Turn on your Dry Ager DX500.
  3. Set humidity and temperatures with the display.
  4. Leave it in the cabinet for minimum 28 days.
  5. Enjoy!
