Ingredients:

  • 2 medium Dry Aged Porterhouse Steaks
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 400g Pimientos de Padrón
  • 1 Tblsp of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

Step 1: Take the Dry Aged steaks out of the fridge about 30 minutes before grilling.

Step 2: Heat the grill.

Step 3: Brush the steaks lightly with oil.

Step 4: Now place the two steaks on the grill.

Step 5: I recommend to only grill them “medium”

Step 6: About 3 minutes before reaching the desired temperature put the Pimientos in a small pan with a little bit of oil.

Step 7: Place it on the grill as well.

Step 8: After about 3 minutes the pimientos are finished!

Step 9: Cut the porterhouse steaks off the bone, cut into slices and arrange on plates with the pepper. Remember to salt!
