Serves 4 people | Difficulty Intermediate
Step 1: Take the Dry Aged steaks out of the fridge about 30 minutes before grilling.
Step 2: Heat the grill.
Step 3: Brush the steaks lightly with oil.
Step 4: Now place the two steaks on the grill.
Step 5: I recommend to only grill them “medium”
Step 6: About 3 minutes before reaching the desired temperature put the Pimientos in a small pan with a little bit of oil.
Step 7: Place it on the grill as well.
Step 8: After about 3 minutes the pimientos are finished!
Step 9: Cut the porterhouse steaks off the bone, cut into slices and arrange on plates with the pepper. Remember to salt!
