- Pepper the dry-age minced meat and salt it.
- peel and finely chop the onion, mixing with the minced meat. Once together, roll out 8 mini burgers.
- Cut open the burger buns toast.
- Wash the tomatos and cut into thin slices.
- Wash and dry the lettuce.
- Fry the burgers in the pan.
- Arrange bun bases with lettuce leaf, tomato and patty.
- Place slices of cheddar atop the patty.
- Melt in the grill with top heat.
