Can I make Biltong or Beef Jerky in the DRY AGER?

No, in short the fan in the DRY AGER is built for gentle air movement through the cabinet and is too subtle for effective Biltong drying. However, some customers have manage to make it work but we don’t recommend the DRY AGER as the optimal Biltong cabinet.
