Two butchers, Steve & Ken have recently opened a new butcher shop in Springfield, QLD.

Steve contacted Dry Ager Australia in the early days of planning their new shop, and ex-butcher, Nathan Finch worked with them along every step of the way providing support, ideas and eventually assisting with the install of the Dry Aging Meat Maturing Cabinets.
