Munro’s Quality Meats are a family owned and operated butcher shop located in Wilberforce Shopping Centre.

Operating since 1985, Barry Munro and his staff have been providing the Hawkesbury community with quality, pasture fed, free range, ethically sourced, sustainable meats, poultry and deli products from some of the country’s best livestock producers.

Incorporating their DRY AGER DX1000, Munro’s have introduced dry aging to the community, by providing them with high quality, flavoursome meat, using the Original Dry Ager® Cabinet DX1000, 100% Made in Germany – the DRY AGER.
